While search engines are increasingly capable of reading natural language on a page, explicit JSON-LD structured data removes ambiguity about who you are, what services you provide, and how your pages relate to one another.

1. Core Schema Types for Digital & Service Businesses

  • Organization & ProfessionalService: Establishes your brand identity, logo, contact point, and service catalog.
  • Service: Describes specific capabilities, deliverables, and regions served on individual service pages.
  • BreadcrumbList: Clarifies where each page sits within your site hierarchy.
  • BlogPosting / Article: Provides headline, publication dates, image metadata, and author context for insights.
  • FAQPage: Marks up genuine question-and-answer sections visible on the page.

2. Connect Entities Using Consistent @id References

Rather than repeating isolated snippets on every page, use stable @id URIs (such as #organization and #website) so every Service, CreativeWork, and BlogPosting references the same canonical publisher entity.

3. Follow Strict Accuracy Guidelines

Only mark up content that is visible to human readers on the page, and never fabricate ratings, reviews, or offers. Validate every template before deployment.

Research Basis: Google Search Central structured data general guidelines and Schema.org vocabulary standards.
